December 2026: If your AI makes decisions that affect people, new rules apply

Questions buyers ask us
What's the difference between implementation and a custom build?
Implementation gets your team productive on tools that already exist: Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, configured for your business with training and guardrails. A custom build is software we engineer for you, such as a document pipeline, a customer-service knowledge base or an autonomous agent. Many clients start with implementation and move to custom work once they can see where the value is.
How do you keep AI agents safe?
Boundaries are enforced in code, not policy: what an agent can do, what it can't, and what needs a human. Every action is logged, escalations go to your team with full context, circuit breakers halt the agent when something looks off, and a kill switch is always available. We also build a traffic-light framework for your business so it's clear which work AI should touch at all.
How long does it take?
A team setup is one to two days. Workflow projects run one to three weeks depending on how many systems we're connecting. Autonomous agents typically take four to eight weeks including monitoring and governance. We can usually show a working proof-of-concept within the first few weeks of any custom build.
What do you need from us?
A decision-maker who can spend a few hours with us, access to the systems we're connecting, and real examples of the work you want AI to do. We handle the rest, and everything we produce is yours to keep. There's no ongoing lock-in.
Which AI vendor do you use: OpenAI or Anthropic?
Both. We're a member of the OpenAI Partner Network and we build on Anthropic's Claude every day, so we pick the model per use case rather than per allegiance. Being fluent across vendors is a feature: you get the model that's best at your problem, and no single-vendor lock-in.
Do you only work with Brisbane businesses?
We're based in Brisbane and work face-to-face across South East Queensland, but we deliver Australia-wide and into New Zealand. Same timezone, and on-site when it matters.
